Not sure if there's a reward for the capture of the Evil Emperor Zurg, but the last time I saw him he was celebrating his 50th birthday at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. In fact, I can even quote his speech before blowing out the candles on his cake...went something like, "I am the One you have been waiting for...and once I enslave the universe, I won't need the likes of you. It'll be all Zurg (aka Obama), all the time! 24-7! Obot heaven!"

We've never stayed on site, but family has -- good to know.

A few years ago for our 25th Anniversary, we took the family to FL for the week and went to all the parks. (So fun -- no grandkids, yet) The only place we didn't think was worth it was the Epcot center, but that's just our opinion.

I really love the big Tigger one! I've always been a big Tigger fan. My second daughter was big on Winnie the Pooh and had a Winnie the Pooh bear which she slept with for a long time. She called him "Doo Doo". I think it was because when we got it for her (she was just about three months old, my husband would hold it in front of her and have him dance as he hummed "doo doo doo doo". I guess she must have figured that was his name and once she was able to talk...it was "Doo Doo".

I've never been to Disney in FLA but did go to the one in CA many years ago when I only had two kids and they were 5 and 6 mos. The CA Disney really stunk, very boring and the people were not nice at all! So that soured me from going to the FL one but now I'm thinking I should have gone.

Now my kids are all grown. Schucks!

Okay, I wanna know how you manage to stay on grounds with a large family? Staying at the value resorts would have meant getting two rooms for the six of us. Adding the price of the two rooms together came out to more than we were paying for the condo off grounds. Transportation was not an issue for us since we drove/parked our van each day. Honestly, I would love to stay on grounds and since it will probably only be four of us for our next trip, it may finally be doable!

Animal Kingdom is our least favorite of the parks too. It was horrid this last trip, but that's because hubby accidentally took the wrong medication before we headed out - on a empty stomach - then rode Mt. Everest first. It's never good to start off the day puking.

My husband is a huge Perry Mason buff...watches all the re-runs. We always laugh that in almost every show, the bad guy buckles under questioning and confesses to the crime in full detail. It usually only takes about two or three questions from Perry and before you know it, the person on the stand goes to pieces.

Interesting... I used to watch Perry Mason as a kid and loved how he managed to pull a rabbit out of his hat almost every time!

Grover is definitely tops for me and always has been. We have that book, "Monster at the End of this Book" too and my kids (and grandkids) loved it. My husband would read it with his "Grover voice", very impressive.

I don't know if you remember the character "Gordon" who used to be on Sesame Street. He wasn't a muppet--his real name was Roscoe Orman. Anyway, one of my daughters had a mad crush on him and he happened to be doing a program at the mall near us so I brought her to see him. Right in the middle of the show when he was singing a song, she just got up off my lap and went up to him and sat on his lap. It's like she was in some sort of a trance or something! Before you know it, a bunch of other kids came running up to sit on the floor next to him when he was singing.

As we were leaving the mall later on, we saw "Gordon" walking out the door to the limo that was waiting for him and he stopped and recognized my daughter and said hello to her as if he was her best friend, with a big grin on his face. I think my daughter just floated home that night. She was three years old at the time.

Later to find out...Roscoe Orman played a pimp on a TV series before he was on Sesame Street. Yikes! I guess he's always had a way with women, eh?
